Furthermore, the program is aimed to promote multi-culture exchange and improve students’ consciousness of innovation, practical capacity and international competitiveness, which are to meet the national urgent need of cultivating professional and international talents with high quality in discipline filed. The targets of the program are some significant projects and the experimental universities of reformation, such as “Project 985”, “Project 211”, the key universities of “the characteristic key discipline project”, “the experimental plan of raising excellent students from foundation discipline” and “the training plan of raising remarkable engineer”. According to “the outstanding undergraduate’s international exchange program”, there should be a selection of at least undergraduate sophomore to go to well-known foreign universities or institutions with an objective of studying the superior disciplines. The chosen students may go  for course learning and graduation project or for internship in international organizations, enterprises and laboratories for about 3 to 10 months. The selection mainly depends on the cooperative channel between implementary schools and well-known foreign universities or institutions. The project emphasizes that support will be focus on both sides’ exchange and communication programs, and the schools’ exchange program of tuition fee exemption or being paid by schools will be supported preferentially.
