From November 17th to 19th, the second National Undergraduate Innovation Method Application Comepetition was held in Dalian Maritime University. Profssor Chen Jiahan’s program was shortlisted in the preliminary contest. After the defense, Professor Chen Jiahan was awarded the second prize.

Held by the ministry of education innovation method instructional sub-committee, the National Innovation Method Application Competition, which is a national competition of university teachers and students, is carried out in the National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship conference every year.

This is the second time that STU professors have got in the final competition. In this competition, the teachers mainly conclude the experience about how to apply innovation methods in the student innovation and entrepreneurship training program. The school will further promote innovation and entrepreneurship education, teaching and practice activities by selecting excellent leaders to participate in such competitions, so as to improve the students' innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurship ability.
