The first employment rate of undergraduate graduates in our university has been in the forefront of undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province for eight years. From 2016 to 2018, it ranked first in Guangdong Province for three consecutive years. At the same time, the quality of graduates' employment has been greatly improved: the average monthly salary of the 2018 undergraduates is 5185 yuan, 521 yuan more than in 2017 and an increase of 11.17%, 56.5% of the graduates can have the average monthly salary of more than 5000 yuan; the rate of graduates' enrollment has increased by nearly three percentage points this year to 13.07 on the basis of the first 10% breakthrough last year. The proportion of graduates to the Fortune 500 in the world and the Fortune 500 in China is 17%, which continues to maintain the growth trend in recent years. The achievement fully reflects the effectiveness of the reform of talent training mode in our university.

For the graduates of the year 2019, the school will continue to strengthen cooperation with human resources departments, trade associations, chambers of commerce, alumni associations and companies, through holding lectures of well-known enterprises, large-scale campus supply and demand meetings and network recruitment fairs. In addition, we will construct an employment market combining   campus and off-campus, online and off-line. We will further improve the services of career counseling, job counseling, employment policy publicity. We also take a series of effective measures to expand the employment market, employment services and employment assistance, so as to provide all-round and diversified service guarantee for graduates to obtain employment smoothly and satisfactorily, and to realize the "double improvement" of employment quality and employment guidance service level.
