Thanks to the Li Ka-Shing Foundation, the 2nd STU Touch Rugby Competition was held successfully on Sunday morning, May 29th.

After the first success of the first STU Touch Rugby Competition, it has officially become a competition that the STU Touch Rugby Association will hold every year. The increasing players and teams prove that Touch Rugby is becoming more and more popular among both students and faculties in Shantou University.

This year we had 6 teams consisting of 35 players competing. The competition was based on a point redemption scheme, in which each team took part in 5 games with the other 5 teams respectively. Finally, Team A came in first place, with 4 triumphs and one draw, followed by Team B and Team F.

Final awards were given out by the coach Dennis Lee and Shengzhi Li from the Sports Department to the top 3 teams and the referees. The competition ended with laughter, further.
