Esther Hallcontends the philosophy of student-oriented with a fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue. It conducts“contextualization” training session by centering on cultural inheritance, public service, social practice, professional exchange, and other training objectives. It aims to improve females’ leadership and capabilities to serve society through the mechanism of cultivating people by ideology, culture, practice and environment. It organizes“SHE · WOMEN TIMES” project actively around the subjects of“SHE · POWER” “ SHE · VISION” “SHE · ROLE MODEL” and“SHE · BLOSSOM”, and carries forward various forms of training sessions including lectures, workshops, study tour and social practices to promote females’ all-round development.

1. “SHE · POWER” Training- With the goal of“enhancing your self-confidence and unlocking your potential”, Esther Hall organizes events to improve female students’ professional learning and skill upgrading, thus helping them establish self-confidence and self-reliance, and enhance their leadership.

2. “ SHE · VISION” Training - With the goal of“recognizing yourself and broadening your vision”, Esther Hall expands female students’ learning in culture and arts, thus helping them explore their own advantages and cultivate their self-esteem and self-improvement.

3. “SHE · ROLE MODEL” Training -With the“power of role models” as“the guidance of values”, Esther Hall helps female students consummate“self-shaping” by telling stories of those outstanding females.

4. “SHE · BLOSSOM” Training - Esther Hall provides female students with public platform of serving society and stage of expressing themselves, thus encourage them to experience and think about the life values through community service and practice.
