The historical curiosities are stored in such a finite space, where we can see nothing but a chain of crystallizing moments. From majestic prehistoric life to heroic modern revolution, no one dares to claim that he fully understands the history, yet indeed feels the sedimentary accretion of history.

Here, one can witness that the orderly time has been disrupted. Here, one can realize that the variegated time has been hidden in such a small and detached from the physical world.

Before entering the ski resort, all the participants are overwhelmed with anxiety. Yet while stepping into the park, they are all ebullient and primed for action.

The participants might have hesitated because they never tried skiing before. But once they are fully equipped, all hesitations vanish without a trace. A braver should step out of the comfort zone once being well-prepared, and redefine the infinite life.

It is not just about how to ski down from the snow-covered trail, but also about how to keep balance and control "braking" and how to flexibly change your direction. The latter is essential for improving skills in the ski.

In addition to courage, becoming familiar with ski tips will determine whether a skier can enjoy skiing without restraints.

At the beginning, the participants would inevitably fall on the ground when skiing, so many times that they would feel pain and cold. However, they just shake off snowflakes and stand up on the steep ski trail again. Just as Nelson Mandela says, Courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear. Everyone can actually make it as long as she never gives up and dares to challenge herself.

# WHAT SHE SHE SAYS

Focus On the Skiing Board

Take the Brave First Step

It requires the participants to be fully concentrated and pay attention to the skiing board. That way, the previous worries are completely erased from mind. While saying excuses such as its not allowed, its impossible or I cant, why not introspect and ask, could it be that you dont bother to give it a try?

Admittedly there will be limits in life, including physical limit, psychological limit that ground the natural law and social law. However, self-doubt and self-abasement wille set limits and various barriers on personal development.

Stopping setting limits on your life is the brave first step. Stay focused on what you are doing, and discard the negative thoughts of unallowable, unable and incapable!

Exceed Yourself

Break Psycho-physical limits

Thanks to this ski experience, I find many of my good qualities that are often neglected. First of all, I dare to ski down a slope, which shows my courage. Secondly, I would stand up after repeatedly falling on the ground, which shows my strength. Thirdly, I continuously break my psycho-physical limits while skiing on the long snow-covered trail, which shows that I am not afraid to challenge myself. Lastly, I would seek help from the coach on my own accord, learn the professional skills carefully, and put them into practice, which shows my learning ability.

What I learn from this event is far beyond the skills on ski. I become more confident and I believe I can achieve my goal through efforts.

                    —— Yang Zicheng

It scarcely matters to lie flat and have a break,

but remember to pick yourself up

I became fully immersed in the snow-white world during the whole ski and completely embrace all the spontaneous reactions by putting myself in the fun zone. I would stand up strongly after falling down, and dont care what other people think, because all of us keep falling down and standing up during the whole process.

I cant help laughing hysterically at the way other team members fell, but also fully accept they guffawed loudly at my slithering around on the snow trail and hilarious ski style. As long as you have tried with all your might, it scarcely matters to lie flat staring at the sky and take a break, but remember to pick yourself up.

—— Liu Miao

Every moment of life is full of infinite possibilities, so screwing up your courage to embrace your unlimited possibilities!
