Technology is the foundation of a strong nation, culture is the root of the people’s spirit, and innovation is the soul of national progress. Since the 18thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has placed the focus on technological innovation in the core position of national development. At the same time, in today’s era, the development of technology is gradually tending to be highly integrated with culture, with high technology becoming one of the core characteristics of modern culture. In today’s society, the development of technology integrates the scientific spirit with the cultural spirit, gradually presenting a humanistic character of science and technology.

Against this background, society’s requirements for talent in the field of innovation in technology and culture are also gradually increasing. As a cradle of talent cultivation, universities are particularly important in cultivating and enhancing students’ awareness of technological and cultural innovation.
